    COPENHAGEN: Denmark will maintain a parliamentary election on March 24, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen stated on Thursday (Feb 26), searching for to capitalise on a surge in help for her defiant stance in opposition to US stress over Greenland.

    Frederiksen has spent recent months rallying European leaders in opposition to US President Donald Trump’s renewed curiosity in annexing the Arctic island, an effort that opinion polls recommend has bolstered her recognition after public dissatisfaction over rising residing prices and pressures on welfare companies.
