    NEW YORK: An individual who opened fireplace inside a midtown Manhattan skyscraper housing the Nationwide Soccer League headquarters and places of work of a number of main monetary establishments, together with hedge fund big Blackstone, has been “neutralised”, the New York Metropolis police commissioner stated on Monday (Jul 28).
