    SYDNEY: Australia banned guests from Iran on Thursday (Mar 26), saying conflict within the Center East elevated the chance they’d refuse to fly house as soon as their short-term visas expired.

    For the following six months, folks travelling on Iranian passports can be barred from visiting Australia for tourism or work, the House Affairs division stated.

    “The battle in Iran has elevated the chance that some non permanent visa holders could also be unable or unlikely to depart Australia when their visas expire,” it stated in an announcement.

    Some exceptions can be made on a case-by-case foundation, the division added, akin to for the mother and father of Australian residents.

    “There are a lot of customer visas which have been issued earlier than the battle in Iran which can not have been issued in the event that they have been utilized for now,” House Affairs Minister Tony Burke stated.
