Award-winning singer-songwriter and Broadway composer Duncan Sheik handed away on Thursday evening at 56 years outdated.

Born on Nov. 18, 1969, in Montclair, New Jersey, Sheik rose to fame in 1996 when he launched his self-titled debut album, which included his hit tune, “Barely Respiratory.”
