    The FBI’s investigation into the NBA for sports activities playing and different organized crime schemes reentered the general public consciousness on Monday. 

    Federal prosecutors on the U.S. Lawyer’s Workplace for the Jap District of New York (in Brooklyn) indicted former Detroit Pistons guard Malik Beasley and former Minnesota Timberwolves middle Ed Davis of their newest spherical of expenses.     Beasley’s lawyer, Steve Haney, denied the costs. Davis’ lawyer, John Adam, hasn’t but responded. 

    “We’ll evaluate the indictment and vigorously defend the costs and keep Malik’s innocence,” Haney said, through The Athletic’s Mike Vorkunov.
