    BEIJING: China warned america on Thursday (Mar 26) in opposition to bringing “battle and the chaos of conflict” to the Asia-Pacific, after Washington and its allies stated they might weigh constructing a weapons base within the Philippines.

    A US-led intergovernmental defence group agreed final week to evaluate funding for a brand new ammunition meeting and manufacturing line within the Philippines, based on a joint assertion.
