    Re: “WA overestimates climate law’s emission reductions by a longshot” (Jan. 7, Local weather Lab):

    Washington drivers and companies have been paying into this fund. Because the voters had been misled by incorrect estimates of advantages, the suitable response is to refund the funds. If the state desires to attempt once more, put it to the voters, once more. Examine the numbers first.
