Sophie Cunningham is defending her teammate Caitlin Clark, each on and off the courtroom.
The Indiana Fever guard Cunningham debuted her new podcast this week. The podcast is known as “Present Me One thing” and options each Cunningham and co-host West Wilson.
Within the inaugural episode launched on Wednesday, Cunningham went off on a profane rant towards these disrespecting her famous person teammate Clark. Specifically, Cunningham took exception to those that make the declare that Clark is one way or the other not the face of the WNBA.
“It actually p-sses me off when persons are like, ‘She’s not the face of the league,’” Cunningham said of Clark. “What? There’s actually good well-known individuals in our league. I’m not discrediting them. Like, now we have a number of bad-sses in our league. Hell yeah to that. I’m all for that.
“However when individuals attempt to argue that [Clark] is just not the face of our league or if our league can be the place we’re at with out her, you’re dumb as s–t,” Cunningham added. “You’re actually dumb as f–ok.”
