Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones continues to be recovering from a torn Achilles tendon, which he suffered in Week 14 of the 2025 season, however issues appear to be going swimmingly effectively so far as his rehabilitation.

On Wednesday, Jones was spotted throwing on the Colts’ OTAs lower than six months after his damage.

WISH-TV shared a video of Jones throwing on X, and it was spectacular. Then, the league shared an update in its Wednesday information report, stating that Jones “took a traditional workload in particular person drills on Wednesday, per native reporters. Jones informed reporters he expects to be able to play in Week 1.”

That final half is sweet information for the Colts. Jones says he believes he’ll be able to take the sector in Week 1.
