    Re: “Dems tap Minnesota party chief as new leader” (Feb. 2, Nation & World):

    Congratulations to Ken Martin, newly elected Democratic Nationwide Committee chairman. We’ve got enormously excessive expectations for him. It’s vital that he implement a plan rapidly for Democrats to win within the 2026 and 2028 elections.

    I provide the next options:

    1) Regain the belief of the individuals by listening. Don’t assume or lecture. Be taught and validate our considerations, wants and goals.

    2) Interact the almost 90 million eligible nonvoters. They’ve the ability to alter shut races to landslide victories.

    3) Search enter straight from the individuals. Give everybody the chance to take part and contribute.

    4) Don’t embody pop stars, billionaires, celebrities or members of any prior administrations within the plan.

    5) Be open and absolutely clear with the American individuals. Talk clearly and infrequently.

    6) Be daring, revolutionary and aggressive. Maximize use of in style social media shops.

    7) Emphasize the id of the occasion to be “We the Individuals” — not the billionaire class. Highlighting variations among the many American individuals solely fragments our collective energy.
