    The aircraft that crashed Thursday in Statesville, N.C., killing seven individuals, together with former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle, turned again towards the airport shortly after takeoff and didn’t situation a Mayday name, the Nationwide Transportation Security Board said Friday.
