    AMSTERDAM: A Dutch courtroom on Wednesday (Feb 11) ordered a proper investigation into alleged mismanagement at Nexperia, a Chinese language-owned chip agency on the centre of a worldwide tug-of-war over crucial semiconductor expertise.
