The lawsuit states that Trump had attacked the brokers, 9 of whom are girls, on social media earlier than returning to the White Home in 2024 and that FBI Director Kash Patel was intent on firing them, regardless of a earlier evaluate by FBI officers who concluded that the brokers had kneeled to assist ease tensions reasonably than as an act of help.

“Defendants focused plaintiffs specifically due to plaintiffs’ use of deescalation with civilians that defendants perceived versus, or in any other case not affiliated with, President Trump,” the lawsuit states.

In a photograph of the incident, nevertheless, brokers seem relaxed, with little indication of great threat.
