    Cleveland Guardians rookie Cooper Ingle dedicated what is going to go down as one of the crucial brutal errors of the 2026 MLB season when he forgot what number of outs there have been within the prime of the seventh inning of Tuesday’s residence recreation versus the Texas Rangers.
