    Re: “Ferguson says he’ll support revised measure” (March 3, A1):

    We stand up in frustration on the disingenuity and deceit of our federal authorities, but when it’s occurring in our Democratic managed state we are saying nothing. 

    No matter how one feels in regards to the “Tax the Wealthy” measure, the “necessity” clause is blatantly supposed to subvert the suitable of the folks to weigh in on such key laws.  Simply as there isn’t a “emergency” for President Donald Trump to make use of that loophole to impose tariffs and safety goons, the one “necessity” right here is that our Legislature believes it’s above us as a result of it can’t dwell inside its means.

    You reside inside your means; I dwell inside our means; our state ought to too or at the very least let the folks determine.
