    Re: “WA income tax passes Senate, Ferguson expected to sign into law” (March 11, Native Information):

    Quite a few articles have been featured over the previous couple of months discussing the now handed “millionaires tax.” What appears to have acquired little protection is how the Legislature is likely to be addressing the prices of operating our state authorities.

    After passing a big tax enhance in 2025, and now including one other, apparently giant enhance, it appears that evidently all our elected officers favor to do is give attention to one facet of the equation.

    It’s my understanding that the state’s tax revenues have by no means been increased, and since these ranges don’t appear to be sufficient, maybe extra effort and time ought to be spent reviewing and altering the place we’re spending all that cash, versus arising with yet one more new tax.
