    JERUSALEM: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday (Aug 25) mentioned Israel was able to again Lebanon’s efforts to disarm Hezbollah and provided “a phased” pullout of its troops if Beirut adopted by with plans to grab the group’s weapons.
