    BEIRUT: The Israeli military intensified strikes in southern Lebanon on Monday (Could 25), as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated he had ordered the army to escalate its offensive in Lebanon in an effort to “crush” Hezbollah.

    The airstrikes come as the US and Iran search to finalise the terms of an agreement to end the Middle East conflict, which might embrace the Lebanon entrance, the place Israel and Hezbollah have waged battle since Mar 2.
