    Worldwide Federation of Crimson Cross and Crimson Crescent Societies chief on US help cuts, assaults on help staff and whether or not neutrality can survive fashionable wars.

    As wars intensify and donor funding dries up, the worldwide humanitarian system is underneath unprecedented pressure.
