Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper will miss “Topper.”
The Phillies fired supervisor Rob Thomson on Tuesday. Harper stated that he realized of the information alongside media members. He expressed his respect for “Topper,” who coached him for eight seasons in Philadelphia.

“I talked to Topper this morning, simply informed him I admire him,” Harper stated (h/t Jason Dumas of WPVI-TV in Philadelphia). “Clearly, he wasn’t presupposed to be round that lengthy.
