    Thanks for the editorial board’s name to motion for Congress to reassert its constitutional authority over commerce towards overreach by the manager department.

    It’s appalling that unilateral motion by the president has plunged all the world economic system into disaster. The widespread and quick injury — to jobs, retirement financial savings, companies and extra — ought to encourage voters throughout the nation to succeed in out to their senators and representatives and demand help for the Commerce Overview Act of 2025.

    Extra Republican senators are signing on; with clear public help, it’s doable that the act might cross regardless of President Donald Trump’s promise to veto it.
