The 2026 NFL offseason is poised for fireworks amid a projected salary-cap surge. The league has projected the 2026 cap at $301.2 million to $305.7 million per workforce, a hefty leap from 2025’s $279.2 million.

This “cap explosion” injects almost $100 million extra league-wide spending energy in comparison with 2022. Groups just like the Las Vegas Raiders, Washington Commanders, Cincinnati Bengals and extra are primed to pounce as a result of improve. They may all see at the least round $55 million in cap house.

Count on aggressive strikes corresponding to extensions for younger key gamers, veteran signings and maybe a number of blockbuster trades to clear room. Which groups might pursue high free brokers in March?
