    Three Qatari officers have been killed in a automobile crash close to the Egyptian Crimson Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, in response to the Qatari Embassy in Cairo.

    Each of the injured officers are receiving medical care at a hospital in Sharm el-Sheikh.

    “The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Cairo extends its heartfelt condolences and honest sympathies to the households of the deceased, praying that God envelops them in His huge mercy, accepts them in Paradise, and grants the injured a speedy restoration,” it added.

    Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh was the venue for the negotiations for a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas to finish the warfare in Gaza earlier this week. It’s also scheduled to host a world summit on Monday aimed toward finalising the settlement.
