    SYDNEY: Three Sydney dockworkers have been charged over an enormous cargo of cocaine in a regulation enforcement investigation into trusted insiders importing illicit medication into Australia, authorities stated on Tuesday (Sep 2).

    The three, aged 25, 38 and 42, appeared in a Sydney courtroom on Monday charged over 506kg of cocaine discovered hidden behind a false wall in a transport container on the Sydney waterfront on the weekend, Australian Federal Police stated in an announcement. The cocaine had a road worth of greater than A$164 million Australian {dollars} (US$107 million).

    The older two males have been forklift drivers employed by a world transport and logistics firm that authorities haven’t named.

    Police additionally discovered A$330,000 money, which they allege is the proceeds of crime.
