    Re: “Washington National Guard commander contends with tension between his 2 bosses” (Oct. 15, A1):

    I’ve quite a lot of sympathy for Maj. Gen. Gent Welsh’s place. I wouldn’t wish to be caught there. Nevertheless, there is no such thing as a battle in any respect. He took an oath to uphold and defend the Structure and has an obligation to reject unconstitutional orders. Trump is appearing unconstitutionally, finish of dialogue.
