    GAZA STRIP: US President Donald Trump has floated a plan to “simply clear out” Gaza, and mentioned he needs Egypt and Jordan to take Palestinians from the territory, as a fragile truce between Israel and Hamas aimed toward completely ending the struggle enters its second week on Sunday (Jan 26).

    The truce deal that came into effect on Jan 19 noticed 4 Israeli hostages and round 200 Palestinian prisoners launched to joyful scenes on Saturday, within the second such trade thus far.
