    WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump said on Monday (Sep 1) he’ll award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, two days after Giuliani was injured in a automobile crash.

    The medal is the best US civilian honor, awarded to those that have made “exemplary contributions” to nationwide prosperity, values, safety or world peace.
