    Quake strikes 136km east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in Russia’s far east, in keeping with US Geological Survey.

    Tsunami alerts have been issued in a number of international locations after a robust earthquake off the Russian coast, with waves of three to 4 metres (19.8 to 13 toes) reported in Russia’s far east.
