    Reyes mentioned in her ruling the federal government had conceded the plaintiffs had been glorious troopers and dwelling proof “transgender individuals can have the warrior ethos, bodily and psychological well being, selflessness, honor, integrity, and self-discipline to make sure navy excellence”.
