    However this week, its new authorities has launched into an unprecedented anti-corruption crackdown.

    It’s focusing on many high-profile politicians and different senior figures accused of constructing illicit wealth and abuse of workplace.

    Iraqis have repeatedly protested in opposition to what they are saying is rampant corruption of their nation.

    Now, they hope the brand new authorities retains this promise to eradicate what they name a ‘pandemic of fraudulent actions’ on the highest echelons of energy.
