    Congolese and Rwandan leaders known as for a ceasefire after holding direct talks in Qatar.

    The jap Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has been in a state of battle for the reason that late Nineties.

    The Rwandan-backed armed group M23 has been making good points this 12 months after taking management of main cities within the east.
