Texas Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford can not seem to catch a break this season as he’s returning to the IL with a hamstring pressure (10-day).

The 24-year-old spent all of Could recovering from a Grade 1 flexor pressure (proper forearm) that he sustained on April 22. Langford was experiencing tightness in his left hamstring and was a late scratch on June 27 in opposition to the Toronto Blue Jays.

Since getting back from the IL, he has hit seven house runs and boasted a 1.005 OPS in June. With Langford’s damage, the Rangers have reinstated outfielder Evan Carter, who was rehabbing an indirect pressure, from the IL.

Langford will have the ability to return in early July, however along with his damage historical past, the Rangers will seemingly have him come again after the All-Star break. Langford tried to stretch a double earlier within the sequence, which is how the damage occurred.
