The New York Mets utterly overhauled their lineup this offseason, saying goodbye to Brandon Nimmo, Pete Alonso and Jeff McNeil, whereas bringing in Bo Bichette, Jorge Polanco, Marcus Semien and Luis Robert Jr. There have been some dangers with these strikes, together with a few place modifications.

However there’s no less than an expectation that many of the bats will play, it doesn’t matter what place they’re within the area. That’s very true with Polanco, Bichette and Semien.

The X consider all of that is Robert Jr.

His efficiency can make-or-break the Mets’ ceiling this season, and on Saturday, he delivered his first large hit of the season in a 4-2 10-inning win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

With the Mets trailing, 2-1, within the backside of the tenth inning and with two runners on base, Robert Jr. clubbed a game-winning, walk-off three-run residence run off rookie pitcher Hunter Barco to offer the Mets their second consecutive win to open the season.
