    George Wendt, the actor who portrayed Norm Peterson, a key character on the traditional sitcom Cheers, has handed away on the age of 76. Wendt apparently handed peacefully in his sleep.

    Cheers ran for 11 seasons and was probably the most widespread TV exhibits within the nation at its top. The present’s run started in 1982 and led to 1993, shortly earlier than the appearance of the web.
